Abilitation to supervise research (HDR)

Step 1: prepare and name your files

There are 2 documents to deposit.
The naming of the documents is standardized and must not include accented characters.
You can retrieve the blank version of the necessary documents here

1. the dissemination version of your Abilitation (HDR)
   
   This is the incomplete version of your HDR, as validated by the jury of defense but retracted of all elements under copyright for which you would not have obtained permission from the rights holders. This version will be accessible to the public.
   
   Unprotected PDF format
   Naming: year of defense_name_first name
   Example: 2022_ARBOR_Cyril.pdf
   
   The Research Department will protect the dissemination file according to the choices made in the dissemination contract.


2. The scanned dissemination contract and duly completed, dated and signed.
   
   PDF format
   Naming: year of defense_name_first name_Contract
   Example: 2022_ARBOR_Cyril_Contract.pdf
   
   You must print the contract. Please date and sign it and send a scanned version. The paper version is to be kept by you.
